Grow a Brand’s Social Media Presence – Apply Today!

Join a growing company specializing in medical scrubs and expanding into loungewear. We are looking for a social media manager & content creator to oversee our presence on Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. In this role, you will create, manage, and schedule engaging content, design graphics and videos, and interact with our audience to boost brand awareness. Additionally, you will assist with printing shipping labels, help with email management, and provide basic customer service support via email for orders.

What You'll Do:
- Create, manage, and schedule engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook (reels, photos, captions, hashtags).
- Design graphics and videos using tools like CapCut, Adobe, or Canva.
- Research trends and competitor strategies to develop high-performing content.
- Respond to comments and engage with the online community.
- Print and process shipping labels using TeamViewer for remote access (training will be provided).
- Help with email management and provide basic customer service support via email for orders.

You will collaborate closely with the business owner to ensure a consistent and engaging social media strategy while also assisting with order fulfillment and customer interactions.

Who We're Looking For:
- Social media expertise: Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook, including engagement strategies and platform trends with results.
- Graphic design skills: Ability to create high-quality content using CapCut, Adobe, Canva, or similar tools.
- Content creation: Experience in video editing and producing engaging reels.
- Customer service experience: Ability to professionally communicate with customers.
- Self-sufficiency: Capable of working independently with minimal training.
