Simba Websites is a fast-growing digital marketing agency based in Charlotte, NC, and we’re looking for a highly skilled, hungry-to-learn SEO Specialist to join our team.

If you’re an experienced digital marketer who wants to stay ahead of the curve with AI-driven search innovations, this is your chance.

You don’t need to be an AI expert yet, but you MUST have a strong foundation in SEO, digital marketing, and a passion for learning and adapting.

This role starts as part-time but can evolve into a full-time position with commissions, bonuses, and tips for high performance.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Driving SEO & digital marketing strategies to improve rankings and visibility
- Learning and applying AI-driven SEO techniques (Geo Generative Engine Search, AI search optimization, and more)
- Conducting keyword research, audits, and content optimization for Google, Bing, ChatGPT Search, and AI-powered platforms
- Optimizing local and national SEO for businesses in various industries
- Working with PPC, social media, and conversion optimization (optional, but a bonus)
- Collaborating with a fast-moving U.S.-based marketing team to deliver results

Who We’re Looking For
- 3+ years experience in SEO & digital marketing
- Fluent in English (spoken & written) – No grammar mistakes!
- Available to work EST hours (odd hours, if needed)
- Hungry to learn & apply cutting-edge AI-driven SEO strategies
- Experienced with Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar tools
- Bonus if you have experience in local SEO, paid ads, CRO, or content marketing
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and ready to drive growth
