We’re looking for the most butt-kicking, ad-crushing, offer-optimizing Graphic Designer & Ads Creator to join our team. If you specialize in high-converting ad creatives, sales-driven offers, and fast-paced testing—this role is for you.

What We Do:
We run ads and offers for agencies, medspas, home services, and more—constantly testing to find what works. We need a creative who knows what converts and can create graphics, videos, and ads that drive action.

What You’ll Be Doing:
???? Designing high-converting ad creatives for Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
???? Crafting eye-catching graphics and videos for lead generation offers
???? Using AI-powered tools to streamline creative production and ad testing
???? Rapidly iterating and testing multiple ad variations to find what works
???? Optimizing creatives for performance—we’re always testing, testing, testing!

Your Skills:
? Advanced Canva & Photoshop expertise (Adobe Suite a plus)
? Video editing skills (Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar)
? Experience designing ads for service-based businesses (agencies, medspas, home services, etc.)
? Knowledge of direct-response marketing & conversion-driven design
? AI tool integration for content creation (ChatGPT, MidJourney, RunwayML, etc.)
? Fast, creative, and data-driven mindset—you love testing new ideas
? Ability to work independently in a high-speed environment

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But Huge Plus!):
???? Experience with funnels, landing pages, or UGC-style ads
???? Motion graphics & animation
???? Google Display Ads creative experience
