Position: Collection Billing & Skip Tracing Specialist
Job Type: Part-Time (Flexible Hours, with Growth Potential)

What You’ll Do:
Track down individuals and businesses with outstanding debts using skip tracing methods.
Engage debtors through high-volume calls, emails, and other communication strategies.
Negotiate and secure payments in a professional yet firm manner.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve disputes and ensure accurate billing.
Maintain detailed records of collection efforts and progress reports.
Ensure compliance with legal and company policies in all collection activities.

What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in collections, billing, or skip tracing.
Excellent investigative, negotiation, and communication skills.
Resilient and confident when handling difficult conversations.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Knowledge of debt collection laws and compliance (preferred).
