Real Estate Wholesaling Cold Caller - Experienced Only

We are looking for a highly experienced Real Estate Wholesaling Cold Caller to join our team. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of cold calling experience in real estate wholesaling. Experience with surplus tax overages campaigns is a plus.

Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to motivated sellers and property owners
Qualify leads and gather property details
Overcome objections and set up appointments
Follow up with leads through CRM
Maintain call logs and daily reports

Requirements:
? Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate wholesaling cold calling
? Strong communication and negotiation skills
? Experience using dialers (Mojo, CallTools, or similar)
? Reliable internet connection and noise-free workspace
? Experience in surplus tax overages campaigns is a plus
