JOB OVERVIEW

Highly organized and proactive Virtual General Admin Assistant / Cold Caller who will be responsible for providing administrative support to various functions within the company while also engaging in cold calling activities to generate leads and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in administrative support and cold calling roles, preferably in a virtual or remote capacity.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Familiarity with sales processes and lead generation strategies.
Resilience and persistence when handling rejection or challenging interactions.
Positive and energetic attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.


Responsibilities may include but are not limited to the following:

1. Administrative Support:
Manage and maintain digital files, documents, and databases.
Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Handle incoming emails and phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate parties.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
Conduct internet research to gather information for various projects.
Assist in organizing company events, webinars, and workshops.

2. Cold Calling:
Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients using provided scripts.
Introduce the company's products/services and explain their benefits to potential clients.
Identify and qualify potential leads based on established criteria.
Document and track lead interactions in the CRM system.
Schedule follow-up calls and appointments for the sales team.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align messaging and strategies.

3. Data Management:
Maintain accurate records of cold calling activities, including call outcomes and lead statuses.
Regularly update and manage the CRM database with relevant information.
Provide insights and reports on cold calling performance and lead generation efforts.



4. Communication:
Communicate effectively and professionally with both internal teams and external prospects.
Provide timely updates on task progress, challenges, and successes.

5. Time Management:
Prioritize tasks effectively to meet administrative and cold calling goals.
Manage own schedule and workload to ensure optimal productivity.
