We are looking for a highly skilled Social Media Manager who thrives on creating visually striking and highly engaging content. If you're an expert in video editing, thumbnail creation, and social media growth – we want you on our team!

Role Responsibilities

? Video Editing & Hook Creation

Create highly engaging reels and shorts optimized for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and X.
Edit long-form YouTube videos with attention-grabbing hooks, pacing, and retention strategies.
Develop eye-catching YouTube thumbnails that maximize clicks.
Optimize YouTube SEO to increase video visibility and engagement.

? Content Creation & Social Media Strategy

Design and schedule image posts, carousels, and reels for Facebook, Instagram, and X using tools like Canva or Photoshop.
Create results-based trading posts from within our community to attract sign-ups.
Optimize hashtags and captions for maximum reach and engagement.
Manage content scheduling and publishing across all platforms.

? Community Engagement & Marketing

Craft compelling weekly newsletters summarizing market trends, community results, and platform updates.
Track analytics to measure content performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Who We’re Looking For

???? Must-Have Skills & Experience

Expert-level video editing (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut, or equivalent).
Strong eye for hooks and high-retention editing for both short-form and long-form content.
Graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop) to create highly engaging thumbnails and posts.
Fluent in English (both written and spoken) with strong storytelling skills.
Deep knowledge of cryptocurrency trading and an understanding of the financial risks to align content with marketing guidelines.
Proven social media growth experience, with a strong focus on video engagement and YouTube visibility.

???? Bonus Skills (Preferred but not required)

Experience with Figma for designing layouts and content strategy.
Understanding of SEO for YouTube and social media to boost discoverability.
