1:12 Just a few questions you might have. Am I good to work for? I think so. Uhm, I try to push people to achieve what they can - but I try to be fair and let them do what they can do. I'm also flexible if you have a sick family member, etc.
1:24 How much are you paying? That depends on the role and the experience of the person. But I want to pay, you know, a reasonable, fair amount.
1:32 I'm not just trying to lowball off of hey, four bucks US now, five bucks US now. No, I want to pay a reasonable amount for a qualified person who's going to do an amazing job.

1:49 You know, and do the new videos I'm posting as we go, but the aim is to keep recording and keep using you, or, you know, there's other skills you have, try to use you in the content marketing business of what I'm trying to do.

So very quickly, we ask more questions at the start, so then we can learn how you know what I like and how I don't operate and vice versa so we can work together well and then continue to work together well.
