We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist to help drive strategic marketing initiatives, optimize campaigns, and collaborate across teams to enhance performance. If you love data, strategy, and execution, this role is for you!

What You’ll Do
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Propose and implement marketing campaigns to drive growth.
- Set measurable KPIs for marketing initiatives.

Technical & Development Tasks
-Work closely with marketing, lifecycle management, and development teams.
- Prioritize marketing requests while considering technical constraints.
- Analyze customer data and segmentation metrics.
- Write basic queries to retrieve marketing-relevant data.
- Communicate technical requirements effectively with developers.

Campaign Management
- Execute multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data insights.
- Maintain brand consistency across assets.

Cross-functional Collaboration
- Act as the bridge between marketing and other departments.
- Translate marketing needs into technical requirements.
- Advocate for marketing priorities while balancing technical feasibility.

Analytics & Reporting
- Track key marketing metrics and campaign effectiveness.
- Identify opportunities for improvement through data insights.
- Maintain and update marketing dashboards with performance metrics.

What You Bring
- at least 2 years of experience
- Start-up experience is a plus
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics and data interpretation.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Basic programming knowledge (SQL, Supabase is a plus).
- Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
