We are seeking a highly organized, strategic, and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team on a contract-to-hire basis. The ideal candidate is experienced in Amazon Seller Central, project management, and client relations—a strong problem solver who can execute tasks, drive results, and lead client success.

Role Overview
The Account Executive / Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, leading Amazon account strategy and execution. This role is responsible for managing a portfolio of brands, and ensuring their Amazon operations are optimized through structured project management, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration with internal teams.

This position requires expertise in Amazon account operations, strong client communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively within ClickUp.

Key Qualifications & Skills
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in Amazon eCommerce account management, ideally in an agency setting or managing multiple brands.
- Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, listing optimization, PPC ads, inventory forecasting, and account health management.
- Experience with project management tools like ClickUp, Asana, or Trello.
- Ability to analyze advertising performance metrics (ACoS, TACoS, ROAS) and recommend optimizations.
- Excellent client communication and relationship management skills.
- Highly organized—able to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple accounts effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.

Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with Amazon Brand Analytics, Helium 10, or other Amazon research tools.
- Basic understanding of SEO, conversion rate optimization, and Amazon keyword research.
- Experience with retail expansion strategies (Walmart, Shopify, DTC).

Work Environment & Expectations
- Remote position—must have a reliable internet connection and ability to work during U.S. business hours.
- Must be comfortable with structured processes and reporting expectations.
- Weekly touchpoints with C-suite leadership to align on client priorities.
- Expected to take ownership of assigned accounts and drive client success proactively.
- Initially a contract-to-hire role, with the potential for full-time employment based on performance.
