-Base pay $4.50 p/hr + commission
-Up to 10% commission on gross profits from new customer sales
-Compensation Possibility (pro-rated to full-time hours): $700 in base salary p/month (160 hours) + $1,670.51 commission package = $2,370.51 total compensation per month
-Working on a small team where your actions will have an outsized impact on business success.
-A supportive workplace that will help you to achieve your professional goals.
-Work on a team and for a company that respects and cares about you and your culture.
3) Absolute Must-Haves
To be successful as our Inbound Sales Specialist, you must:
Confident English Communicator - Our customers speak English so you must easily understand them and have them easily understand you. That means you must have impeccable English skills (reading, writing, listening, speaking). But beyond simply being able to communicate in English, you must be able to communicate well. That means explaining complicated concepts, policies, and details in ways that are easy to understand. And you must be able to do this confidently.
Fearless in the Face of Rejection - Being a sales professional means facing rejection multiple times per day. The average person is demoralized by rejection. But not you. It fuels your fire to perform better. You know that rejection is just temporary and that if you’re just a little better next time, you’ll get the sale. You know the worst the prospect can say is ‘No’. So you never fear rejection.
Ambitious Pursuit of High Performance - Being a successful sales professional means driving results. Success is important to you and you hold yourself to high standards. You know that, in sales, the only thing that matters is your win percentage. You know that is the measure of your value as a salesperson and it’s how you earn better pay than others. That’s why you dedicate time to learning the craft of sales, getting better, and studying your performance and the performance of others.
Persuasive Communicator - Persuasion is the foundation of sales. What you do in the face of objections is a key indicator of how successful you will be overall as a salesperson. You’re not afraid of objections - you expect them and prepare for them ahead of time. Persuasive communicators are skilled at turning a ‘no’ into a ‘maybe’ and a ‘maybe’ into an enthusiastic ‘yes’
Ethical & Honest Conduct - Since your pay relies on getting people to say ‘yes’, for some salespeople, there is an incentive to deceive or unduly pressure others to get them to say ‘yes’. But there is no room for that with Mission Maids. Our reputation is worth more to us than any one sale and we will not accept any person acting unethically under our name. But you don’t need to be told to act with integrity because it’s who you are and even money won’t change that.
Quick & Responsive to Prospect Inquiries - The sales cycle in our business is very fast. Usually, a sale can be closed in only one call. That means that if you don’t answer the phone and our competitors do, they will likely get the sale and we won’t. That’s why being quick and responsive to customer inquiries is incredibly important. As our sales specialist, you understand that responsiveness is a key trait of sales success and you prioritize responding to customers faster and better than our competitors can.
Highly Organized - On a full-time basis, you could deal with more than 200 leads per month. That’s a lot of conversations. Responding and following up with all of these people requires a high level of organization. We have tools to help you, but as an ambitious and high-performing sales professional, you know how to organize yourself to get the most out of your efforts.
Fundamental Arithmetic - You may not know calculus but you know how to calculate basic arithmetic functions by hand and with a calculator. Sales conversations often require you to perform calculations on the fly and in the middle of a conversation. You’re comfortable in basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages) and you're skilled at getting prospects accurate price calculations.
Excellent Ability to Learn and Memorize Service Information - Persuasive communication means nothing if you don’t understand the details of our service, pricing, and policies. That’s why your ability to learn and memorize the details of our service is crucial for your success.
