Call Center Sales Representative & Manager (Cold Calling Specialist)
Compensation: Base Salary + Commission + Performance Bonuses
Hours: 40-50 hours per week

What You’ll Do
Cold Calling & Lead Conversion: Engage with prospective customers, pitch our services, and close deals.
Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and refine scripts, objection-handling techniques, and closing strategies to maximize success.
Pipeline Management: Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions in our CRM system.
Mentorship & Leadership (Manager Role): Train, coach, and motivate a team of outbound sales reps to hit and exceed targets.
Performance Optimization: Analyze call data, identify trends, and implement improvements to boost success rates.

What We’re Looking For
Proven success in outbound sales or cold calling (1-3+ years for reps, 3-5+ years for managers).
Exceptional communication and persuasion skills.
Fearless & resilient—you embrace rejection and turn it into motivation.
Results-driven with a track record of exceeding quotas.
Strong leadership skills (for managers) with experience coaching and managing a sales team.
Tech-savvy—comfortable using CRM software and dialing systems.
Mandatory: You must have a dual monitor setup or a laptop with a docking station to ensure efficiency in managing multiple screens and applications.
