JOB OVERVIEW

Position Overview:
The Graphics and Marketing Specialist at VA+ is responsible for designing visually compelling marketing materials and supporting branding initiatives across various digital platforms. This role ensures brand consistency through creative design, engaging content, and optimized visuals for marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, digital marketing, and branding strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
-Graphic Design & Branding
-Create high-quality graphics, infographics, and visual assets for marketing campaigns, social media, website, and promotional materials.
-Maintain brand consistency across all marketing content, ensuring alignment with VA+’s brand identity.
-Design marketing collaterals, including banners, flyers, brochures, email templates, and presentation decks.
-Collaborate with the marketing team to develop custom graphics and illustrations for various campaigns.
-Optimize graphics for different digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, email campaigns, and paid ads).

Marketing Content Creation & Strategy
-Assist in content creation for social media, ads, landing pages, and marketing emails by incorporating compelling visuals.
-Develop video content and short-form promotional videos using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Premiere Pro.
-Support the design and structure of landing pages, sales pages, and lead generation funnels.
-Create templates for social media posts, ads, and blog graphics to maintain consistent brand aesthetics.
-Work with the marketing team to brainstorm creative ideas for campaigns and promotions.

Advertising & Digital Marketing Support
-Design ad creatives for paid marketing campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
-Optimize creatives based on A/B testing results to improve engagement and conversion rates.
-Ensure all marketing visuals meet quality and compliance standards before publishing.
-Track ad creative performance metrics and refine designs based on analytics.

Marketing Tools & Resource Organization
-Manage and organize VA+’s design assets in Canva, Google Drive, CapCut, and other tools.
-Keep track of creative resources and templates, ensuring accessibility for the marketing team.
-Assist in updating marketing materials as per campaign requirements and company updates.

Collaboration & Communication
-Work closely with the Brand & Content Marketing Manager (Frankie) to develop a consistent brand presence.
-Collaborate with Marketing & Acquisition Manager (Amanda) to align graphics with lead generation and sales conversion strategies.
-Coordinate with copywriters, video editors, and content creators to produce high-quality marketing assets.
-Participate in weekly marketing meetings to discuss upcoming campaigns and design requirements.

Qualifications:
-3+ years of experience in graphic design, digital marketing, or branding.
-Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and CapCut (or similar video editing tools).
-Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, ad creatives, and branding materials.
-Understanding of marketing and social media best practices to create engaging content.
-Experience with social media ad design, email marketing templates, and website graphics.
-Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
-Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with marketing teams.

Preferred Skills:
-Knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and digital marketing analytics.
-Experience in basic video editing and animation (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or After Effects).
-Familiarity with landing page design and sales funnel optimization.
-Understanding of UX/UI design principles for marketing visuals.
