About the Role
As our YouTube Channel Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategy that enhances our channel’s reach, engagement, and overall growth. You will play a key role in increasing website traffic, generating online sales, and attracting new patients. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of growing YouTube channels, understands audience behavior, and is passionate about health and wellness content.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a YouTube growth strategy to increase subscribers, views, and engagement.
Optimize content for SEO, discoverability, and audience retention using best practices.
Manage video uploads, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, and metadata to maximize reach.
Analyze channel performance and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Engage with the YouTube community by responding to comments and fostering audience interaction.
Implement and test content formats, posting schedules, and promotional strategies for growth.
Collaborate with our marketing team to integrate YouTube content with broader brand initiatives.
Develop strategies to drive website traffic for online purchases and new patient inquiries.
Stay ahead of trends, YouTube algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure success.

Requirements:
Proven experience managing and scaling YouTube channels with measurable success.
Expertise in YouTube SEO, analytics, and monetization strategies.
Strong knowledge of video marketing, audience engagement, and content optimization.
Familiarity with YouTube advertising, cross-promotion, and collaborations.
Ability to analyze performance metrics and adapt strategies accordingly.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
