JOB OVERVIEW

Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced marketing team. You will be responsible for assisting in the creation of visual assets that support marketing campaigns, digital ads, and social content that will amplify ClickBank across all platforms. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn, collaborate, and thrive in a high-energy, results-driven environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design Creation:
Produce visually compelling assets for email, landing pages, events, and social media platforms.
Collaborate on ad creatives, optimizing for performance and conversion in various affiliate marketing channels.

Branding and Consistency:
Maintain brand consistency across all creative materials, ensuring that designs align with established brand guidelines.
Adapt and resize designs for different platforms and audiences while maintaining design quality.

Optimization for Performance:
Work with marketing and performance teams to iterate on designs based on A/B testing results and performance analytics.
Ensure design assets are optimized for fast load times, especially for web-based materials.

Fast Turnaround:
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple design projects and meeting tight deadlines.
Adjust quickly to evolving project needs and client demands, ensuring timely delivery of all creative work.

Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing, copywriting, and web development teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
Assist senior designer in executing major design projects, including ideation and creative development.

Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Arts or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
2 years of experience in graphic design (internships, freelance, other).
Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout to ensure visually appealing and functional designs.
Ability to quickly adapt design styles for different target audiences and brands.
Familiarity with UI/UX principles and how designs interact with user behavior on websites and mobile devices.
Experience with image optimizing, retouching, manipulation, and color corrections
Proficiency in creating and designing icons using Illustrator
Basic knowledge of responsive web design and an understanding of platform-specific requirements.
Ability to handle quick turnarounds, manage multiple projects at once and adapt designs based on real-time performance feedback.
Strong communication skills, with the ability to take constructive feedback and collaborate effectively with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.

Nice-to-Have:
Basic knowledge of video editing or animation software (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
Familiarity with affiliate marketing channels, such as display ads, email campaigns, and landing pages.

Portfolio:
An excellent portfolio of design work demonstrating a strong understanding of visual communication and creativity is required.
