Inbound Sales Representative (Full-Time)

About Us
Grand Champ Bootcamp (GCB) is the #1 Rocket League coaching community, helping players rank up with expert coaching, live training events, and a competitive but supportive environment. Every day, we get tons of inquiries from players looking to improve, and we need someone who can jump in, chat with them, and guide them to the best coaching option.
Most of the leads come from my YouTube channel, SpookLuke, where I’ve built a massive audience of Rocket League players looking to rank up. These are warm leads—they already trust my content, so your job isn’t to hard-sell them. It’s about having real conversations and helping them find the right fit.

Work Schedule & Requirements
- Full-time only – This must be your only job. You’ll be expected to be fully present and active during your scheduled shift.
- Fixed shifts – Your hours may change weekly, but when you’re on, you need to be ready to respond fast. We operate in Central Time, so you will need to cover peak U.S. gaming hours, including 12pm CT - 12am CT.
- Speed matters – Players expect quick replies. If you’re slow, they’ll move on. If you can’t juggle multiple conversations and respond instantly, this isn’t for you.
- Consistent presence – You’ll need to be engaged throughout your shift. If you tend to disappear mid-shift, this won’t work.
- Casual English required – You’ll need to be able to converse and understand casual English and slang. These conversations are unscripted, so natural conversational English is a must.

- Use AI assistance wisely – We have AI-assisted messaging templates, but you need to adapt them naturally—not just copy-paste.
- Know our content – Watch SpookLuke videos so you understand our coaching style and can recommend the best option.
- Ask the right questions – Find out their age, rank, and coaching goals to guide them effectively.
- Guide them smoothly – Move players through our qualification system to find the best coaching fit.
- Think on your feet – Not every lead is the same. You’ll need to make smart judgment calls.
- Track conversations – Keep a record of who you talk to and their progress.
- Follow up – If they don’t take action, check back in and offer further help.
Who You Are
- Fast typer – You can message quickly and clearly without sounding robotic.
- Great communicator – You actually enjoy chatting, helping, and guiding players.
- Detail-oriented – You remember key info and follow up appropriately.
- Self-driven – You take ownership of your role and don’t need constant supervision.
- Tech-savvy – Comfortable using AI-assisted messaging while still thinking for yourself.

Experience Requirement
You need at least 2 years of experience in customer support or sales.
This could be:
- Inbound sales
- Customer service
- Account management
- Any role where you’ve helped customers, handled inquiries, and guided people to the right solution
