Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Short-Term Rental Management

Are you a motivated, goal-driven individual looking for an exciting opportunity in sales? We are a growing Vacation Rental Management Company managing over 60 properties, and we're searching for an Appointment Setter / Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us expand our portfolio.

Compensation: Base pay $500/month + $20 per qualified appointment held + 10% commission on first-month revenue
Work Schedule: Flexible hours with daily targets

What You'll Be Doing
Outbound Prospecting & Lead Generation

- Find and contact property owners via Airbnb, Zillow, Craigslist, and Facebook Marketplace
- Send personalized messages and book appointments for our management team
- Manage leads using our CRM system (Google Sheets / HubSpot)

Sales Outreach & Follow-Ups

- Make 50-100 calls per day using provided scripts
- Send 30-50 LinkedIn & Facebook messages daily
- Send 25-50 emails per day to STR owners
- Follow up on interested leads to close more deals

CRM & Reporting

- Track & log all outreach in the CRM
- Maintain appointment schedules for the sales team
- Refine outreach strategies based on performance

Who We're Looking For
- Sales & appointment setting experience preferred (but not required)
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
- Highly organized with great follow-up skills
- Familiar with Google Calendar & CRM systems
- Self-motivated and able to hit daily outreach goals
- Positive attitude & willingness to learn

Compensation & Growth Opportunities
- Base salary of $500/month
- $20 per qualified appointment held
- 10% commission on first-month revenue from new clients brought in
- $500 bonus for 5+ contracts signed in a month
- $1,000 bonus for 10+ contracts signed in a month
