Luxe Guest Relations Agent

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Guest Relations Agent to join our luxury vacation property management company as a remote worker. As a Guest Relations Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest experiences, anticipating guest needs, and coordinating with local staff to ensure a seamless and unforgettable stay for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to guest messages and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Anticipate guest needs and make proactive recommendations to enhance their stay
- Coordinate with local staff to ensure guest requests are fulfilled promptly and accurately
- Ensure accuracy of guest information and reservation details
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with guests and colleagues
- Consistently deliver exceptional service that exceeds guest expectations
- Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to continuously improve guest experiences

Qualifications:
- Excellent written and spoken English skills are a must
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in hospitality or guest relations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to anticipate guest needs and provide personalized recommendations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with luxury hospitality standards
