We are seeking a skilled and experienced Virtual Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to our law firm's Immigration practice. The ideal candidate will have experience working as a virtual administrative assistant for a law firm in the past, and will be able to work remotely and independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support towards data managemtent
• Using Adobe Acrobat to split files (necessary training will be provided)
• Name files in accordance with the company's naming convention
• Upload files into the company's filing/data center
• Sort and file client's documents
• Create and update client's folders
• Update a Client stauts Excell sheet (necessary training will be provided)
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience in an administrative assistant or similar role,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• General knowledge of immigration procedures, forms, and documents
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
• Must have a reliable computer, high-speed internet, and a quiet work space
Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
Work Environment:
This is a full-time, fully remote position. The successful candidate must have a quiet workspace, reliable computer, and high-speed internet. The candidate must be able to work independently and be available, at least part of the time, during normal business hours in the U.S. Mountain Time Zone (GMT-6).
Salary:
The salary for this position is competitive and commensurate with experience.
