Property Management expert

HI,

I'm looking for someone with great experience working in a property management company:

- Software experience - RentManager
- Great Great English (Spanish or some Spanish a plus)
- Male position
- Experience with rent collections + maintenance issues a must
- Worked in NY, NJ or CT or any state with section 8 tenants a great plus
- Only if the experience is from long term rentals not AirBNB
