Talent Acquisition and Onboarding ROCKSTAR

We are seeking a driven and experienced Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will excel in sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding top-tier talent across various platforms, including OnlineJobs.ph, Upwork, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter. You will play a key role in shaping our team by finding and bringing on the best candidates to help us grow.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
Manage job postings and candidate pipelines on OnlineJobs.ph, Upwork, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter.
Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates based on job requirements and company culture fit.
Coordinate and lead onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve the hiring process.
Maintain up-to-date records of all recruitment activities and candidate interactions inside Airtable.
Onboard new employees and helping them get situated with their respective departments.

Requirements:
Has experience using Indeed and ZipRecruiter
Has experience in talent acquisitions and onboarding
Willing to learn how to use Onlinejobs PH and Upwork
Openness to learning how to use tools like Airtable, GSuite etc.
