The E-Commerce Business Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our online sales strategy. As part of a small but fast-growing team, this position requires leadership, adaptability, creativity, and a hands-on approach to managing all aspects of e-commerce operations. Key Responsibilities:
E-Commerce Platform Management
Manage the day-to-day operations of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce), ensuring optimal performance, functionality, and user experience.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, working closely with IT support.
Product Listings & Optimization
Maintain accurate and engaging product listings, including descriptions, images, and pricing.
Implement strategies to enhance searchability, rankings, and conversions.
Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution
Plan and execute data-driven digital marketing campaigns, including social media ads,

Sales Analysis & Reporting
Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics, including sales trends, website traffic, and conversion rates.
Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) to make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Customer Experience & Service
Monitor and respond to customer inquiries promptly, fostering a positive shopping experience.

Budget Management
Track and manage the e-commerce budget, optimizing spending for maximum ROI.
Industry Research & Innovation
