your role would be to handle customer inquiries for one of our client's e-commerce stores. They receive queries such as where customer orders are, what items are in stock, etc. Your role would be to respond to the customer informing them that they will receive a response within 24 hours and then forward it to the clients warehouse team. You will be starting on full-time hours 9 am to 5 pm UK time and after one month your hours will be reduced to 20 hours per week. You must be able to work within the UK timezone
