Virtual Assistant for Shopify - Store Setup, Design & Video Editing

Job Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our Shopify e-commerce business with daily tasks. The ideal candidate should have Shopify experience, a strong design sense, and basic video editing skills. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who is trustworthy, independent, and resourceful.

Responsibilities:
Shopify Store Setup – Work with the Online Store Theme Editor, adjust store settings, and make improvements.
Finding and Designing Product Photos – Source high-quality images and create designs using Canva or Figma.
Working on SOPs – Research, simplify, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency.
Video Editing – Perform basic edits using CapCut (experience preferred).
General Problem-Solving – Handle unexpected store-related issues and proactively find solutions.

What We Offer:
Starting at 10 to 20 hours per week, with the potential for increased hours based on performance.
$3 per hour, with opportunities for growth and additional tasks.

Requirements:
Experience with Shopify – Store setup, theme editing, and adjustments.
Basic design skills – Canva or Figma experience is preferred.
Basic video editing skills – Ability to use CapCut for simple edits.
Trustworthy and reliable – Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
Strong problem-solving skills – Ability to troubleshoot and resolve store-related issues.
Good English communication skills – Written and verbal proficiency.
