We are a fast-growing online vape wholesaler dedicated to providing top-quality products and exceptional service to our customers. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Remote Customer Support & Operations Assistant to help manage daily tasks and ensure smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
-Customer Support & Order Management
-Answer and handle customer phone inquiries professionally.
-Cross-check daily orders with payment receipts to ensure transactions are completed.
-Apply store credits for customer returns and process refunds when necessary.
-Call customers to collect and verify Credit Card Authorization forms.
Inventory & Reporting
-Generate Product Reorder Reports to track low-stock items.
-Monitor "subscribed" products to identify trends and high-demand items.
Marketing & Communication
-Create and send
-Execute WhatsApp Marketing Blasts to engage existing customers.
Administrative & Shipping Tasks
-Create invoices and shipping labels for orders.
Requirements:
-Prior experience in eCommerce, order processing, or customer service is a plus.
-Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for basic reporting.
-Ability to handle phone calls professionally and confidently.
