What We're Looking For:
- You have extensive experience designing websites & landing pages that drive conversions.
- You embrace feedback to improve your work and grow as a designer.
- You enjoy working on a variety of industries & brands—no two projects are the same!
- You meet deadlines, follow creative briefs, and deliver high-quality work consistently.
- You’re self-motivated, productive, and disciplined while working remotely.
- You have strong English communication skills (both written and spoken).
- You have expertise in Figma and are comfortable using Adobe Creative Suite too.
- You’re open to exploring AI tools (like Midjourney, Canva, etc.) to boost efficiency.
- You have a fast, reliable PC or Mac with plenty of RAM so you can work efficiently.
- Figma will be provided. It’s a bonus if you have your own license for Adobe CS.
- You can commit to a full-time role (Monday-Friday, standard business hours—no weekend work!).
- You can choose whether you want to work in Australian or (AEST) or Philippine business hours.
- You’re looking for a long-term role (at least two years) with career growth opportunities.

Bonus: If you also have experience designing logos, branding, and marketing graphics, you’ll have a strong advantage!
