Quality Control Virtual Assistant

fast-growing fashion dropshipping store based in Australia, operating with the heart and spirit of a close-knit family. We pride ourselves on quality, collaboration, and a supportive work environment. We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Quality Control Specialist who can become an integral part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Daily Quality Checks: Conduct thorough quality inspections on products—especially once a product exceeds 4 sales—to ensure that all items meet our high standards.
• Issue Monitoring & Reporting: Track and report recurring quality issues (“most common issues”) and identify structural problems that may require immediate attention.
• Supplier Communication: Use Upgrade to see actual info to liaise with suppliers regarding quality concerns, including requesting improvements, temporarily taking products offline, or adjusting size charts when necessary.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Store Manager and Product Management team to ensure only top-quality products are live on our webshop.

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience: Proven background in quality control, preferably within the e-commerce or fashion industry.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and a proactive mindset to spot issues before they escalate.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with using systems and dashboards for reporting is a plus.
• Work Setup: Must have 2 screens to facilitate efficient multitasking and workflow.
