Join Our Team as a Local SEO Virtual Assistant!

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced Local SEO Virtual Assistant to join our team and help manage local SEO projects for our clients. You’ll be responsible for optimizing websites, managing Google Business Profiles (GBP), building citations, and handling various SEO tasks to improve rankings and drive leads.

If you have experience with local SEO, on-page optimization, backlink building, and automation tools, this role is for you!

Responsibilities:
- Google Business Profile (GBP) Optimization – Managing and updating client GBPs, posting weekly updates, and responding to reviews.
- Citation Building & Local SEO – Creating and maintaining accurate citations across various directories to improve local rankings.
- On-Page SEO Optimization – Optimizing title tags, meta descriptions, headers, and content for better search visibility.
- Backlink Building – Managing social profiles, niche backlinks, and off-page SEO strategies.
- Content Management – Writing and publishing blog posts, GBP posts, and other relevant content.
- Automations & AI Tools – Using AI tools for content generation, optimization, and reporting.
- Project Tracking & Reporting – Using Trello, Slack, and GoHighLevel to manage tasks, communicate updates, and track progress.

Tools You’ll Use:
- Trello – For task and project management.
- Slack – For team communication and daily updates.
- GoHighLevel – For managing local SEO and automation processes.
- Elementor – For basic website updates and on-page SEO tasks.
- AI Tools (ChatGPT, Surfer SEO, etc.) – For content writing, optimization, and reporting.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience in Local SEO (Google Business Profile optimization, citations, and backlinks).
- Strong understanding of on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
- Experience using Trello, Slack, GoHighLevel, Elementor, and AI-powered SEO tools.
- Ability to follow SEO best practices and guidelines to improve rankings.
- Strong English communication skills (written & verbal).
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects at once.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work during your preferred work hours.
