Job Description
As the Data Entry / Product Listing Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of data entry and product listing specialists, ensuring that all product information is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for maximum visibility and conversion. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—such as marketing, operations, and customer service—to develop and implement best practices, streamline processes, and drive the overall success of our online product listings.

Key Responsibilities
Team Management & Leadership

Hire, train, and mentor a team of data entry / product listing specialists.
Set clear performance expectations and conduct regular performance reviews.
Provide ongoing support, coaching, and professional development opportunities.
Data Accuracy & Quality Control

Oversee the entry, updating, and maintenance of product information (e.g., titles, descriptions, pricing, images) across various eCommerce platforms (, Amazon, eBay, etc.).
Establish and enforce quality control measures to ensure all listings are accurate, consistent, and up-to-date.
Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies or inconsistencies promptly.
Product Listing Optimization

Develop and implement strategies to optimize product titles, descriptions, and other relevant fields for improved SEO and conversion rates.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure product descriptions align with brand messaging and marketing objectives.
Utilize keyword research and other analytics to maximize product visibility.
Process Improvement & Reporting

Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to enhance workflow efficiency and productivity.
Develop and maintain regular reporting on key metrics (views, clicks, conversion rates, sales, etc.) to assess listing performance.
Use data-driven insights to refine listing strategies and team objectives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to coordinate product launches, promotions, and content updates.
Ensure the seamless integration of new product listings and updates across all eCommerce channels.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to align on priorities and project timelines.
Platform Management

Oversee the management of product listings across multiple online platforms, ensuring each adheres to its respective guidelines and best practices.
Stay current on each platform’s policy changes, feature updates, and best practices to maintain compliance and competitive advantage.
Qualifications
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in an eCommerce environment, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or managerial role overseeing data entry, product listing, or related functions.
Leadership & Management:
Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
Strong organizational and project management skills to handle multiple priorities.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in common eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, eBay).
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Familiarity with basic image editing (Photoshop or similar) is a plus.
Attention to Detail:
Exceptional accuracy in reviewing and verifying product information.
Communication & Collaboration:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively cross-functionally to achieve shared goals.
Analytical & Problem-Solving:
