JOB OVERVIEW

The Marketing Director is responsible for overseeing and executing VA+’s marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and revenue growth. This role ensures that all marketing efforts align with business goals, supports the marketing managers in their execution, and continuously improves marketing processes through data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
-Strategic Leadership & Marketing Execution
-Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that support VA+’s business objectives.
-Oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment between branding, lead generation, and sales.
-Directly manage and support the Marketing & Acquisition Manager (Amanda) and Brand & Content Marketing Manager (Frankie) in their respective functions.
-Establish data-driven marketing practices, leveraging analytics to optimize campaigns and improve performance.
-Align marketing efforts with sales objectives, ensuring strong collaboration between marketing, sales, and operations teams.

Performance Tracking & Optimization
-Track marketing KPIs and performance metrics, making adjustments as needed to improve results.
-Oversee and refine lead generation and conversion optimization strategies for improved client acquisition.
-Conduct quality control (QC) reviews on campaigns, advertising materials, and marketing collateral.
-Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor strategies to refine marketing initiatives.

Budget Management & Resource Allocation
-Manage marketing budgets effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI.
-Oversee marketing tool usage and subscriptions, ensuring optimal utilization (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Google Ads).
-Approve ad spending and ensure paid advertising campaigns maintain strong ROI.

Team Leadership & Development
-Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to Amanda, Frankie, and the broader marketing team.
-Ensure cross-functional collaboration between business development, cold calling, and creative teams.
-Conduct weekly marketing strategy meetings, ensuring accountability and continuous improvements.
-Lead marketing training sessions to develop the team’s expertise in campaign management, analytics, and digital marketing tools.

Collaboration & Reporting
-Report directly to the CEO(Mike) with updates on marketing performance, challenges, and new initiatives.
-Collaborate with executive leadership and sales teams to align marketing with broader business goals.
-Ensure seamless coordination between marketing managers and their respective teams.

Qualifications:
-7+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles.
-Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive growth.
-Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, paid ads, and lead generation.
-Experience managing marketing teams and leading cross-functional collaboration.
-Expertise in marketing analytics, Google Ads, social media advertising, and conversion tracking.
-Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
