We are Evergreen Rehab & Wellness, a private healthcare clinic operating multidisciplinary rehabilitation and medical spa services in Canada. We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer/Marketer/Consultant who has worked in a clinic, medical spa, chiropractic, or rehab clinic setting and has hands-on experience setting up AI reception scripts using Go High Level.

Position Details:
Contract Duration: 2 months (potential for extension)
Monthly Salary: 25,000 PHP
Timezone: Preferably available during PST business hours (Pacific Standard Time)
Communication: Must be prompt and responsive
Who We Are Looking For:
? Experienced in setting up and managing Go High Level for clinics/medical spas/private healthcare businesses
? Has launched and optimized marketing campaigns for private healthcare settings
? Has built and fine-tuned AI receptionist scripts and understands patient/client interaction flows
? Deep understanding of clinic operations and workflow optimization
? Can analyze and optimize existing workflows to reduce operational inefficiencies using Go High Level automation
? Meticulous and detail-oriented, willing to relentlessly refine the AI receptionist until it’s fully functional
? Can work proactively and troubleshoot issues without constant oversight
