I’m Rhino Julie, and I LOVE building super teams to service our clients' needs.

Client Overview:
*Megan is an amazing wedding planner and she is looking for a unicorn who can help her with social media management and strategy.

Client Requirements:
*Must be able to work 20 hours/week, with the potential to be full-time if everything goes well
*Must be able to work any 4-hour block between 9am-4pm Eastern Time (US)
*Must have experience with social media management and content creation
*Must have experience with social media strategy
*Must be an EXCELLENT writer
*Must have SUPER HIGH attention to detail
*Must be super organized
*Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality control
*Must be on top of current social media trends
*Must be able to come up with fresh ideas to increase engagement and followers for Megan’s social media pages

Software tools used by the client:
*Squarespace
*Google Suite
*Kartra
*Zapier

Responsibilities/Tasks:
VA/Strategist Role:
Social Media Strategy for podcast and her company (+implementation + posting)
1 carousel, 1 grid post, and 1 reel within a week (for both accounts)
Monthly Touchbase call with Megan/her COO for Strategy review/debrief
Engagement with top accounts/ resharing stories, etc


Admin/Community Mgmt:
Weekly Templated Email to Members (What’s Happening) + Monthly Templated Content Release Email
Creation + Scheduling Graphics in our members-only Facebook Group + resource linking when members ask a question in the FB group wondering if a certain resource exists
Blogs (2 for her company, 2 for personal brand) - blogs will be written by Megan but images and uploading/SEO done by VA
Canva Guest Episode Graphic Creation/Quarterly Calendar Graphic for membership comment (there are templates for both of these)
Managing Failed Membership Rebills/ in our Support Inbox (there is an SOP/template for this currently)

Future (after one month and based on hours/bandwidth):
Light Website Edits (Squarespace)
Kartra (membership platform)/Zapier light-tech support
Podcast guest communication mgmt
