About Us:
We are a successful Social Media management agency looking for a creative and experienced video editor (m/f/d) to elevate the social media presence of our creators with high-quality short-form videos. Our focus is on Instagram Reels & TikTok, so you should know exactly how to edit platform-specific content that goes viral.

Salary:
We start with a base salary of $3 per hour. If your skills meet or exceed our expectations, we have no problem increasing your hourly rate. We also work with a bonus system—if your work proves to be extremely efficient, you are eligible for bonuses in our company.

Your Responsibilities:
- Professional editing for Instagram Reels & TikTok
- Creating trend-based short-form content with modern editing techniques
- Dynamic, engaging edits with fast cuts, sound effects, text animations, and visual effects
- Collaborating closely with our marketing team to bring creative concepts to life
- Optimizing videos for maximum engagement and watch time
- Using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve

What You Bring:
- Experience in editing viral Reels & TikTok’s (please attach your portfolio!)
- Deep understanding of Instagram & TikTok (trends, sounds, algorithms)
- Creative storytelling & social media optimization skills
- Proficiency in CapCut & professional editing tools
- Fast and reliable work ethic with daily availability
- Fluent English skills (both spoken & written)
- A working PC or laptop with enough power for video editing
- Stable internet connection to ensure smooth workflow
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate fresh ideas
- Punctuality and ability to meet deadlines
