PRAXIS is accepting resumes for a part time communications coordinator. The communications coordinator will assist with a variety of day-to-day tasks and will be given exposure to a broad range of responsibilities. You will gain an understanding of the architecture, engineering, and construction industry and associated non-profits, as well as valuable experience with developing internal processes/procedures, account and project management, project proposals, and marketing.
The Communications Coordinator plays a critical role in developing, managing, and improving content strategies across social media,
Ideal candidates should be able to work at least 15 hours per week REMOTLEY.
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Content Strategy & Development
• Create, schedule, and monitor social media content using SocialPilot.
• Develop compelling
• Assist in the development of blog posts, reports, and promotional materials, offering creative input to refine messaging.
• Maintain a content calendar to ensure strategic alignment of messaging and campaigns.
• Tracking and reporting on engagement metrics and campaign performance.
Engagement & Audience Growth
• Analyze engagement metrics and propose improvements to boost reach and interaction.
• Identify opportunities to expand audience engagement through new channels, partnerships, or content styles.
• Track and refine social media and
Process & Strategy Optimization
• Take initiative in refining content workflows and scheduling processes for efficiency.
• Identify gaps in messaging consistency and propose solutions.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends in digital marketing and offer recommendations to keep strategies fresh and effective.
Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the efficiency and effectiveness of the team.

Qualifications/Skills:
• Experience: 2+ years in social media management, digital marketing, or communications.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SocialPilot (required), as well as experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar content creation tools. As well as experience with Microsoft Office- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook.
