Better Painting, in Missouri, USA (CST) is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Phone Scheduler to join our team. This role is responsible for handling incoming calls, scheduling painting estimates and service appointments, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and our painting crews. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
-Schedule appointments for painting estimates and services using our scheduling software.
-Confirm appointments with customers and provide necessary details about our services.
-Follow up with potential customers to secure bookings and address any concerns.
-Coordinate scheduling with painters and project managers to ensure efficient workflow.
-Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appointments, and job details.
-Handle basic administrative tasks, such as updating customer information and sending appointment reminders.
-Assist with rescheduling or cancellations as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
-Previous experience in a customer service, scheduling, or administrative role is preferred.
-Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
-Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple appointments efficiently.
