We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic full-time Sales Representative for an established professional cleaning services company in Connecticut. USA.

Job Description:
The Virtual Sales Representative will be responsible for engaging potential clients and converting leads into loyal customers. This individual will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, educating them on the company’s services and providing personalized solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings to assess their cleaning needs.
Present and promote the company’s cleaning services in a professional and compelling manner.
Provide accurate details about services, pricing, and available packages.
Follow up with leads and maintain an organized pipeline of prospective clients.
Assist in scheduling consultations or site visits for potential clients.
Keep track of client information in the company’s CRM system.
Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.


Requirements:
Proven experience in sales
EXCELLENT communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with clients remotely
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Comfortable using CRM software and other digital tools
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to professionally handle objections
Prior experience in the cleaning or home services industry is an advantage but not required

Specifications
• Graveyard Shift Eastern Time
• Hiring for clients seeking full-time work (42 hours per week)
• PHP 60,000 - PHP 70,000/month

Requirements:
• Must have a college degree, either an Associates or a Bachelors.
• At least 3-4 years of experience as a sales consultant
• Experience working the US graveyard shift.
• EXCELLENT spoken and written English. We do English comprehension tests!
