JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing and Sales Agent to enhance our firm's growth through innovative marketing strategies and proactive lead generation. This role involves crafting targeted email campaigns, generating quality leads, and creating engaging marketing content to elevate our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Email Campaigns:
Develop, execute, and monitor targeted email campaigns designed to engage potential clients.
Analyze campaign performance and optimize content and strategies for improved results.

Lead Generation:
Proactively identify and generate new leads for the firm using various digital channels and marketing techniques.
Nurture leads through the sales funnel, ensuring timely follow-up and conversion.

Marketing Content Creation:
Create compelling marketing content, including blog posts, social media updates, newsletters, and promotional materials.
Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistency and alignment with the firm’s brand voice.

Analytics and Reporting:
Track and analyze key performance metrics across all marketing initiatives.
Prepare regular reports to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.

Collaboration:
Work closely with sales and other cross-functional teams to ensure integrated marketing strategies and messaging.
Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems to manage lead data effectively.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in marketing and sales, preferably in a similar role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with email marketing tools, lead generation software, and CRM systems.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and detail-oriented.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
