The Role

Our “perfect” candidate will have problem solving skills, be proactive, have the ability to give and receive detailed feedback, be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing, and be able to see and bring out the best in our tea
POSSIBLE Responsibilities:
Recruiting new tea
Building and sharing training materials
Managing people and distributing tasks
Giving instructions on tasks whenever needed
Helping tea
Identifying the team's needs and taking action accordingly, both as a whole and individually
Developing company processes, building systems, organising resources/databases
Ensuring overall progress of the team and individuals
Managing onboarding and offboarding documents and processes
Required Skills and Experience
Ability to relate to and communicate with people at all levels
Ability to deal with people and their challenges
Problem solving and capacity to think out of the box
Flexibility and openness to a dynamic environment
A proactive nature
An initiative spirit, excited to build new systems and processes
Attention to detail
Ability to give and receive constructive, detailed feedback
Ability to find weaknesses in the team and take action to remedy them
Ability to enhance the strengths of all tea
Excellent communication skills, written and oral
