About the Role
We are looking for a long-term video editor (not beginners) who can produce 3-5 high-quality video ads daily for our brand. You will work with customer persona insights, competitor ad swipes, and creative strategies to create unique and effective ads.
This is a performance-based role—your videos need to align with high-converting ad angles and be approved on TikTok/Facebook without disqualifications.
Responsibilities
• Analyze competitor ads and create better, unique versions for our campaigns.
• Use our creative strategy sheets to align ads with customer desires, pain points, and product benefits.
• Ensure ads meet TikTok/Facebook approval guidelines—any ad that gets disqualified is an issue.
• Organize and upload completed creatives to our Google Drive and link them to our performance tracking sheet for the media buying team.
• Work with UGC content (if provided) or source footage independently.
• Communicate daily updates and collaborate with the team for revisions and improvements.
Requirements
• Proven experience in editing high-converting video ads for TikTok/Facebook.
• Ability to source footage, stock content, AI animations, or repurpose existing material.
• Strong understanding of TikTok/Facebook ad policies to avoid
• Skilled in CapCut Pro, After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
• Ability to produce 3-5 ads per day while maintaining quality.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with creative sheets and performance tracking.
• Reliable and communicative—must update us if anything urgent arises.
Payment & Benefits
• $10 per video (3-5 videos per day)
• $1,200 per month (base salary for consistent delivery)
• Performance bonuses—top editors can earn $2,000+ per month

Test Task
1. Analyze & Organize Data
• Review the provided competitor ad library
• Use the insights to understand angles, messaging, and customer targeting
• Organize the details in a creative sheet to align with our customer personas, unique values, and mass desires
2. Create 3 Ads Using the Sheet
• Develop 3 swipe ads by analyzing competitors and creating your own improved versions
• The ads must be structured for TikTok approval—avoid elements that may cause disapproval
• Ensure the ads match the core values and audience triggers outlined in the sheet
