JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an elite expert in digital campaign management to lead our lead generation and organic marketing initiatives across Meta, YouTube, and TikTok. This role is pivotal in shaping our online presence and driving measurable results. We are looking for a true leader with a proven track record of designing and executing high-impact campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Multi-Platform Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute innovative, data-driven campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, and TikTok that drive high-quality leads and foster organic growth.
• Performance Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and adjust campaigns based on performance metrics to maximize reach and ROI, leveraging analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, YouTube Analytics, and TikTok Ads Manager.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, analytics, and sales teams to ensure campaign consistency, creative excellence, and seamless execution.
• Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of the latest digital marketing trends and platform updates to continuously innovate and refine our campaign strategies.

Ideal Skills and Qualifications:

• Extensive, hands-on experience managing successful campaigns on Meta, YouTube, and TikTok with a clear focus on lead generation and organic marketing.
