Shopify / Wix Expert Required For Website Changes

I am looking for an experienced web designer with specific experience in Shopify and / or Wix.

Background: I am an artist based in the UK with a main website on Wix and an online store which is hosted on shopify. I require changes to the shopify store, setup of some email marketing and other tasks which will be in a phased project plan below. My website is Upgrade to see actual info

To apply for this role please send me a message with the following information:

1. Your experience - Please send examples of previous websites you have built and / or managed. It is crucial that you have direct experience in website building and in particular the intricacies of both shopify and wix. Data entry, product listing creation, customer service etc will NOT be considered as valid experience.
2. A price for each phase of the project as outlined below. The full price for the below is to be agreed phase by phase prior to commencement of works.
3. An estimated timeframe for completion of each phase.
4. Your availability - when can you start this project.

I am willing to offer a phased payment scheme for the project, including a starting deposit with payment on completion of each phase.

PHASE 1 - Changes to shopify website:

- [ ] Change domain - The shopify store needs a new domain more related to the main website. Eventually the shopify store will adopt the main domain in a future phase.
- [ ] H1 tag added
- [ ] Meta text on images added
- [ ] Free shipping over £50 to uk over £100 rest of the world. Please implement in shipping functionality and display on product pages and home page of store
- [ ] Brand info on Shopify store - Ensure the shopify store is adequately branded in all areas. I have brand guidelines available to keep this simple.
- [ ] Featured products on home page - Perhaps these could automatically change weekly?
- [ ] Customer Review app - $10 per month budget available
- [ ] Re-add TikTok feed - This is in the back end switched off qt the Upgrade to see actual infont
- [ ] Change add to cart button - It is currently quite hidden
- [ ] Move payment method icons on product page to more prominent location
- [ ] Other options on product page for more products
- [ ] Shipping information in more places on the store
- [ ] Add branded email to all functionality of there shopify store where email is used or displayed - Upgrade to see actual info
- [ ] Add instant answers function to live chat
- [ ] Advise on shopify inbox - Is this the best application for customer interaction?
- [ ] Add filter options to product pages / collections including themes, product type etc and ensure this works when in any product collection
- [ ] Re-targeting ads setup / advice - I am looking into this but would appreciate further advice as to how to best get this going
- [ ] Cross selling advice - What cross selling capabilities are there available to me?

PHASE 2: Email marketing

- [ ] Welcome Series & Abandoned Cart Flow, consisting of 5x Emails in each Flow, and 2x SMS. All unique and tailored to my brand, with a high converting pop-up and discount incentive.
- [ ] New product mailshot that is automatically created and sent when a new product is added to the store.

PHASE 3: Website merge

- [ ] Merge the existing website onto shopify so everything is in one place. It is imperative that the new site retains all the same design functionality as the existing wix site. When the website was created I was told it had to be a six site to keep the required design but have since been advised that everything we have on six should be possible on shopify also.

I have a report and review video relating to the above tasks from another shopify expert available up[on request.
