Currently we are looking for a Full Time Virtual Assistant that can potentially be converted into a Long Term Contract role.

We need someone who is meticulous and does work fast and is well disciplined to complete the tasks on hand. We need someone who can suggest ideas to systemize the work/tasks.

We do not want to micro manage this person. We are the kind of leaders whereby I tell you what I want to be done and the deadline for the tasks and it’s up to the person to plan his or her time.

So we are proposing that you as a virtual assistant to work on the following time schedule while in the part-time role:

Monday to Friday: 10am to 6pm

Once you are in the Long Term Contract Role you will be paid a fixed monthly salary, an amount that is better than the average salary that you can get in your country.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
At the beginning your role would be to:

- Respond to customer service emails and Zendesk responses within 24 hours
- Help to communicate with our clients personally via email or phone calls if necessary
- Sending out broadcast reminder messages for our webinars
- Reporting of results of webinar using our software/system
- Regularly communicate and collaborate with the team members in Next Level Academy (For now, will be Wendy and Adeline)


BASIC REQUIREMENT
- Able to communicate and write in English. Must be very good with the language.
- Must have a good computer with a web camera and has very good internet speed connection as will need to connect / communicate through Zoom meetups very often.
- Must be very good with answering Customer service emails
- Must have familiarity and experience with using Google Docs, Google Sheets, Zendesk and Gmail
- Has the ability to multitask and work toward several milestones on various projects simultaneously
- Analytical and meticulous (Solid attention to detail)
- Independent (Someone who has initiative & discipline to do the work and not chased for work to be done)
- Trustworthy (we need someone discreet and reliable)
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- And lastly, has a strong desire to improve and grow with the team!

4. Also, tell me ONE thing about yourself that your friends/parents may not even know.
NOTE: Only SHORTLISTED Candidates will be notified and will receive Wendy’s reply to proceed to the next stage.

If you are selected, we will likely start you off with a 45 days probationary period to see your performance. Don’t worry, you will be compensated hourly during your probation. Once we are satisfied with your performance, we may even absorb you to a contract role.
