Provide high-level executive assistance to the Director. Take initiative in identifying and resolving administrative challenges.
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant (supporting executives or business owners).
Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
Strong knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Gmail, Calendar).
Can take initiative and manage their own workload without needing constant direction or supervision.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage workload effectively.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Experience in the cleaning or service industry is a plus but not required.
