Role Overview
We’re looking for a Marketing Lead who can own and drive our marketing efforts. You’ll focus on growing our brand, generating leads, and creating clear messaging that supports our growth. We need someone who can plan and execute marketing strategies, create engaging content, and manage campaigns that deliver results. The right person is hands-on, strategic, and thrives in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
Plan & Lead Marketing Efforts: Create and run marketing strategies that grow brand awareness and generate leads.
Run Campaigns: Lead digital marketing efforts like SEO,
Create Content: Write clear and engaging B2B content, including blogs, case studies, and whitepapers.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work with sales, product, and customer success to keep messaging consistent.
Track Results: Measure key metrics like lead generation, CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), and ROI; adjust campaigns based on data.
Manage Budgets: Allocate marketing budgets wisely for the best results.
What We’re Looking For

*Strategic Thinker: Able to create marketing plans that fit B2B retail or SaaS businesses.
*Growth Focused: Strong background in growth marketing with some product marketing or brand positioning experience.
*Industry Knowledge: Experience working with B2B business models, preferably with retail partnerships.
*Team Player: Worked cross-functionally and ready to lead a team as we grow.
*Data-Driven: Uses data and insights to make decisions.
*Flexible: Comfortable adjusting strategies in a fast-changing startup environment.
*Nice to Have
*Experience in lifecycle marketing, partnerships, or community management .
*Connections in the B2B retail or SaaS sectors.
