A) Management of Creditor Accounts
1. Maintenance of Creditors
2. Invoice Entry and weekly Payments
3. Reconciliation of Creditor statements and answering of any Creditor queries
4. Processing International payments
5. Manage reimbursements of all staff cash expenses and advances
6. Data Entry of Credit card Statement
7. Vehicle Registration and CTP slips

B) Banking
1. Entering and cross checking of all debits and credits on bank statements
2. Entering of all payments and receipts made from bank account

C) Other Duties
1. Develop, and ensure adherence to, internal control procedures.
2. Actively participate in innovation and sustainability programs within the Infa Group
3. Follow all Infa Group Work, Health & Safety policies and procedures
4. Preservation of the confidentiality of sensitive data entrusted, always.
5. Adhoc Projects as required.
