Job Overview:
Luken Digital, LLC is seeking a skilled Webinar Content Editor & Workflow Coordinator to manage the editing and scheduling of two weekly webinars for a healthcare client. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can seamlessly stitch together testimonial videos, the doctor’s presentation, and a compelling call to action while ensuring full HIPAA compliance. The final webinars must be scheduled for automated live streaming to maximize engagement and patient conversion.

Key Responsibilities:
• Edit and produce two high-quality webinars per week, ensuring a seamless flow between testimonials, educational content, and a strong call to action.
• Create a structured webinar workflow and scheduling system for automated live broadcasts.
• Stitch together testimonial clips, doctor’s presentation, and closing call to action to maintain an engaging and professional final product.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance in all content and workflows, including data privacy, patient testimonials, and recorded information.
• Manage file storage, organization, and video assets to streamline production and minimize turnaround time.
• Collaborate with the client’s team to receive and integrate new video assets, testimonials, and any updated call-to-action elements.
• Optimize the final videos for various platforms where they will be streamed or published.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to scheduling, automation, and video publishing.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Proven experience in video editing, webinar production, or digital media creation.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
• Experience working with healthcare-related content and understanding of HIPAA regulations (prior healthcare marketing experience is a plus).
• Familiarity with webinar automation platforms such as Zoom, WebinarJam, GoToWebinar, or similar.
• Ability to edit for engagement, ensuring a smooth flow and professional, high-quality production.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
• Experience in conversion-focused marketing strategies is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills to manage video assets, schedules, and workflows efficiently.
