About the Role
We are looking for a versatile, proactive Executive Assistant to join our team. This role goes beyond typical administrative tasks—you will be a key support system for our clients, handling operations, communications, and creative projects that keep everything running smoothly.
This position offers full training, long-term growth potential, and the chance to be part of a company that values its people.
Key Responsibilities
• Assist clients with administrative tasks including data entry, invoicing, and processing donations.
• Prepare and send weekly
• Manage and update documents, databases, and client records.
• Create engaging content using Canva for marketing and communications.
• Apply basic graphic design skills for flyers, social media, and internal materials.
• Prepare and send letters and other communications.
• Coordinate with clients to ensure smooth workflow and task completion.
• Provide general administrative support as needed.
Who We’re Looking For
• At least one year of remote work or VA experience, or relevant certifications.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and
• Experience with Canva and basic graphic design is a plus.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks or bookkeeping is a plus.
• CRM experience is a plus.
• Ability to learn new tools quickly—full training will be provided.
• A proactive mindset and willingness to take on a variety of tasks.
