WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Manage and grow our Reddit presence by engaging with communities and driving brand awareness
- Create compelling posts, discussions, and responses to boost engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with community members to ensure growth and reputation management
- Analyze performance metrics to optimize content and engagement strategies
- Collaborate with the team to provide insights and improve social media strategies

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Experience managing social media accounts, preferably on Reddit
- Motivated to grow accounts and drive engagement
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Open to feedback and eager to improve

COMPENSATION & PERKS:
- Base Salary: $2.50 USD per hour
