Help a YouTube Creator Grow – Virtual Assistant Needed!

Hello - I'm a small YouTube creator (hoping to grow) and a business owner. I have a lot of "odd jobs" and tasks for both my business and YouTube channel. My YouTube channel is about Dungeons and Dragons. It's not required but if you play D&D, have experience with it, or use to play, that would be amazing. This will NOT require video editing but if you have that skill, even if basic, it's a nice to have.

Here's generally what's needed on a month basis.

D&D YouTube Channel

Find 3-4 images per script for YT shorts series. 30 - 40 scripts a month.
- Requires finding contextually correct images and formatting them in the 9:16 format and saving them in appropriate Google directory.
Random research for long-form videos.
- I’ll write the script but since I’m using AI, I need someone to go through the script and research areas I highlight for accuracy.
Research D&D trivia questions for a new daily series I’m creating
- This will be an automated video that will be in Canva. So, in addition to researching trivia questions and answers, adding them to a spreadsheet and “running” a Canva macro to produce the videos. Download them, naming the appropriately in a Google drive
- Mass uploading and scheduling all my videos
- Random stuff not yet defined

New YT Channel named Growth Vids

- Research ideas
- Assist with script fact checking
- VidIQ and TubeBuddy research to prioritize research ideas (possibly)
- Might do some similar things like the D&D channel (video automation) so will need support if I did that.

Video Proofing

- Proof final videos for selected clients to ensure no errors, bloopers, etc.

Research and Data Entry
- Random research on pet projects

This could be full-time or part-time. Likely start part-time but could grow. When replying, to make sure I know you read this, put the phrase "D&D was created by Gary Gygax" in your reply.

Requirements

Fluent in English (English as your 2nd or 3rd language is fine as long as you are truly fluent)
Attention to detail is very, very important.
Being on-time with tasks.
Must be able to do simple things in Canva
Be able to use AI (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc) for research, image creation, etc.
Be good at researching in general. You'll need to research AI written content for accuracy.
There will be an interview to talk about the position and to assess English fluency.
