JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a proactive Admin/Account Manager to support our AI voice company, which provides subscription-based services to clinics. The ideal candidate will handle client accounts, oversee administrative tasks, and ensure the smooth delivery of services. This role requires strong organizational skills, client relationship management, and attention to detail. Please shoot video introduction of yourself. Key Responsibilities:

Client Account Management: Serve as the main point of contact for dental clinic clients, addressing inquiries, providing service updates, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Onboarding and Support: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, explaining how to use our AI voice services and assisting with setup and troubleshooting.
Subscription Management: Oversee client subscriptions, monitor billing cycles, and handle renewals, upgrades, or cancellations.
Admin Tasks: Perform general administrative duties, including scheduling meetings, managing documentation, and handling email correspondence.
Reporting: Track client performance metrics, service usage, and provide regular updates to management on client satisfaction and account status.
Problem Resolution: Quickly address and resolve any client issues, escalating to the technical team when necessary.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales, technical, and marketing teams to enhance customer experience and identify opportunities for service improvement.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in administrative or account management roles.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Familiarity with subscription-based service models.
Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems).
Experience in the dental or healthcare industry is a plus.
Preferred Skills:

Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
Knowledge of AI or voice technology is an advantage but not required.
